COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marathon CVM 145TTTN6027 BA P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson-Electric-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Chant product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CIMRVU4A0018FAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C42D17FK7D manufactured by Leeson-Electric-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson-Electric-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C4C34DK7A by Manufacturer Chant as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand CEWDM3545 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tri-clover-Tri-Flo such as C114MD56TS equipment made by Tri-clover-Tri-Flo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tri-clover-Tri-Flo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tri-clover-Tri-Flo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CGC13T made by Modicon as well as the popular BMG1152N1BA1L3V original spares produced by Num Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CBM3611T by Baldor and C114MD56TS spares by Tri-clover-Tri-Flo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CHA52FB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motovario. |
