COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marathon BUH56T34D5518BP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ohio products, including obsoleted and phased-out T+r-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohio such as the B425 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AE65M manufactured by T+r-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most T+r-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AKM21GENM2DB00 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moog Brand BN2328EF01CHG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Apex-Dynamics such as AE155005 equipment made by Apex-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apex-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apex-Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AlphaModela303000 made by Fanuc as well as the popular BTN56RT17F34C original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B204A29004 by Kollmorgen and AE155005 spares by Apex-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AC35B3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minimotor. |
