COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marathon 5K49PN4564B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reilance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Master-Xl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reilance-Electric such as the 56WG16A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 56T17G15543 manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 56CG16F by Manufacturer Master-Xl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 5K42HG5180EX7320BEXSA5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 37F188X435 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5K0F4365A3YT12F2 made by Ge as well as the popular 405TSDP original spares produced by Us-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 48054P13019 by Tech-Motive-Tool and 37F188X435 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5H40PSP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nexen. |
