COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marathon 405TSTDS8551AP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 35P104Z108 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2AS54 manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35E060P805G2 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand 4013027800Rev11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teco such as 3H254C6001 equipment made by Teco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 34K29872 made by Baldor as well as the popular 3RA2002 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26Q18R14 by Baldor and 3H254C6001 spares by Teco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 36b106s530g1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
