COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maple Systems OIT3160B-C1D2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moog-Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saia such as the PCD7D771 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R32MOOGL01 manufactured by Moog-Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Moog-Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC577 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prometec Brand T300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unitronics such as V12012UN2 equipment made by Unitronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unitronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unitronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS400110008 made by Plus-Electro-cam as well as the popular PCS090PPLUS original spares produced by Lauer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPIABD201H by Total-Control and V12012UN2 spares by Unitronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V906146 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cupe. |
