COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maple Systems DATA ENTRY CONTROLLER parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Monarch-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sonstige product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Monarch-Instrument such as the DC2C1STU210010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZS8CF manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HBG2P0301 by Manufacturer Sonstige as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gercom Brand GERCOM3R12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as DXBA15STA1XXX equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G09C0000 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular E2759PDASDHT original spares produced by Sugino-Machine-Limited Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMI520C006E by Maple-Systems and DXBA15STA1XXX spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FLEXPAKPLUS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
