COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Manostar MS65LMLK50300D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Switch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mars-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nais product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Switch such as the 8LS125 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MEQ430128KAN manufactured by Mars-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Mars-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANR11511 by Manufacturer Nais as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand DS065S239SU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as OSA105 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 490762 made by Msa as well as the popular ANL39003 original spares produced by Nais Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE23038820 by Namco and OSA105 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 86121000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics. |
