COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Manostar MS65LMLK50300D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motion-Control-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the CMF010M314NRAUEZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 175897 manufactured by Motion-Control-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Motion-Control-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHS0115UD602DE4 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Migatron-Corp Brand 100TR14W0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Namco such as ET31032151 equipment made by Namco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Namco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Namco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS040S121SU made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular 550033 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M11L1000205002 by Mel and ET31032151 spares by Namco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10106722 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Msa. |
