COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mannesmann Rexroth R90078553 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mars products, including obsoleted and phased-out Medar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Menziken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mars such as the 61776 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 970009V manufactured by Medar and we are pleased to be able to service most Medar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 811710 by Manufacturer Menziken as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Merlin-Gerin Brand NJHN36000S40ABSO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Max-Motosports such as 567991 equipment made by Max-Motosports have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Max-Motosports products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Max-Motosports" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PBLT22060 made by Mercoid as well as the popular 3000A34802 original spares produced by Metso Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E9066 by Marposs and 567991 spares by Max-Motosports are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCIII15L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matsui. |
