COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mallory ZA120LAFP1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Myotoku products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marcel-Aubert product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Myotoku such as the F1CVF110HS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPTONCDT1800ILD180020 manufactured by Micro-epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CH2501 by Manufacturer Marcel-Aubert as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nais Brand MR3M200P12240VUMR3M200P12240VU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micron such as 361072041358 equipment made by Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A123408601501 made by Marposs as well as the popular DDA420MADH1L124DCADDIN original spares produced by Moore Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FL7M7J6HDCM by Micro-Switch and 361072041358 spares by Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE1610TSE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan. |
