COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magtrol LB-1750M-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R87AKS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RC160P01N101 manufactured by Gr and we are pleased to be able to service most Gr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PX8105P3 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magpower Brand PSC12090V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Falk such as M1130DHC215671 equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ORC2SMR9P18T1 made by Boston as well as the popular M072256BANRI original spares produced by Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PR310962 by John-Crane and M1130DHC215671 spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR94744JNZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
