COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetrol T57-1E3C-EE4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mhc--S products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Molex/woodhead product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mhc--S such as the 131369ROC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRA1A1E14D0U02000E manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7R6A06A19A120 by Manufacturer Molex/woodhead as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand DS150Z141SC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Masoneilan such as SVI2AP equipment made by Masoneilan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Masoneilan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Masoneilan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1742A1 made by Montronix as well as the popular SPS0070UD821V102 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80SUM100012SECS5BSA7 by Motion-Control-Devices and SVI2AP spares by Masoneilan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GSERIES Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mts. |
