COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetrol B15-1G3A-ALB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mhc--S parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Multitek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microe such as the 10000129 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 147000053 manufactured by Mhc--S and we are pleased to be able to service most Mhc--S systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M100AL3 by Manufacturer Multitek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Minebea-Nmb Brand PRFS20MP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Minebea-Nmb such as NS110A35MP7221S25 equipment made by Minebea-Nmb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minebea-Nmb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minebea-Nmb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MRA1A1E14D0U02000E made by Mts as well as the popular WKR22 original spares produced by Middex-Electronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 86121000 by Milltronics and NS110A35MP7221S25 spares by Minebea-Nmb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLS12R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Switch. |
