COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetrol 910-A1C2-008 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Minster products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matsushita parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Martek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Minster such as the 1518224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ANL1651AANL1600A manufactured by Matsushita and we are pleased to be able to service most Matsushita systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 18029SH by Manufacturer Martek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martek Brand 18024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mts such as DCTM1406 equipment made by Mts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mts" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FE3FA6M made by Micro-Switch as well as the popular UZFTP8 original spares produced by Nais Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS65LMLK50300D by Manostar and DCTM1406 spares by Mts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Mayr0550015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mayr. |
