COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetrol 7EF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mcdonnell--Miller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Max-Air parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mazak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcdonnell--Miller such as the 51S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UT16 manufactured by Max-Air and we are pleased to be able to service most Max-Air systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C1N624E859G52 by Manufacturer Mazak as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mechatronics Brand MCX151025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Merlin such as 3124220CT equipment made by Merlin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSE421 made by Mclennan-Servo-Supplies as well as the popular MS70C1T original spares produced by Metrologic-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9360085 by Medar-Inc and 3124220CT spares by Merlin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XC29 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetrol.
