COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetic MLC10-U100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marathon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Melles-Griot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maxtek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marathon such as the 286TTDBD6012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17DRV001 manufactured by Melles-Griot and we are pleased to be able to service most Melles-Griot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDC330 by Manufacturer Maxtek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Maurey-Instrument Brand RLH1915 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Measurement such as PT9420 equipment made by Measurement have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Measurement products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Measurement" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MEG62155910 made by Merten as well as the popular XB10 original spares produced by Magnetrol Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M325G08395 by Marposs and PT9420 spares by Measurement are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 55755 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Merlin-Gerin. |
