COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mercoid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Masterflex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marposs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mercoid such as the T40W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0755371 manufactured by Masterflex and we are pleased to be able to service most Masterflex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7314280C01 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand 254TTGN16034 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mazak such as ML104QT1216S equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A1NCPUP21 made by Melsec as well as the popular 708030029 original spares produced by Marposs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 784749001LP by Master-Power-Transmission and ML104QT1216S spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J3408020910 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs.
