COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek M-HG2M002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mavilor-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Api-Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mavilor-Motors such as the MA060900010BD5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD065BN040N2M095PB0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MACM512EM80 by Manufacturer Api-Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Matsushita Brand MFA100MBYNF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metaris such as MA10VS028DR31RPKC62N00 equipment made by Metaris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metaris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metaris" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M805AB3 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular MDFKABS09022U original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M2VA71C4 by Abb and MA10VS028DR31RPKC62N00 spares by Metaris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M38BP820803TW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Waukesha-Cherry-burrell. |
