COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek M611 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lincoln parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gettys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the M111501800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LM16254 manufactured by Lincoln and we are pleased to be able to service most Lincoln systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M235H60A300S by Manufacturer Gettys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Demag-Cranes--Components Brand KBA125B6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mannesmann such as KBA71 equipment made by Mannesmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KBLM6180GDA made by Super-Vexta as well as the popular M319052 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JM3155 by Baldor and KBA71 spares by Mannesmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J30054DBA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sterling.
