COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek JF1G040N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Master-Power-Transmission products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Meiden-Thyfrec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Master-Power-Transmission such as the 784749001LP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H4A1840 manufactured by Metrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Metrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT210S by Manufacturer Meiden-Thyfrec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Matsui Brand MCIII15L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Menziken such as 811646 equipment made by Menziken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Menziken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Menziken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3408617841 made by Marposs as well as the popular 0320196458 original spares produced by Merlin-Gerin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLS115A by Mavilor and 811646 spares by Menziken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetic.
