COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek CIMR-G5U45P5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MRJ340B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC90305001 manufactured by Pacific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESAY3008A2521 by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand FRF42037K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Samsung such as CPL74621 equipment made by Samsung have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Samsung products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Samsung" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMD07CV made by Oriental as well as the popular MDS0A01105A3400 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 84558139 by Orion and CPL74621 spares by Samsung are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C46132BM12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Norgen. |
