COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek CIMR-AU4A0103AAA-154 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metropolitan-Lighting products, including obsoleted and phased-out Max-Motosports parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matsui product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the 7659705 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 327225 manufactured by Max-Motosports and we are pleased to be able to service most Max-Motosports systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCIII15L by Manufacturer Matsui as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mayr-Systeme Brand DD4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mannesmann-Rexroth such as R90078553 equipment made by Mannesmann-Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann-Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann-Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available J3408020910 made by Marposs as well as the popular SBLT2 original spares produced by Mercoid Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3415 by Marposs and R90078553 spares by Mannesmann-Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
