COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek A4-220-010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mersen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maguire-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marposs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mersen such as the FBCC30CDT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MilanSA manufactured by Maguire-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Maguire-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36132433501ZZ2950 by Manufacturer Marposs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magpower Brand MISTRP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marwin such as 2600160 equipment made by Marwin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marwin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marwin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 85133F30 made by Mega-Phase as well as the popular 70UB003062 original spares produced by Mazak Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFM3LW2pv by Metrol and 2600160 spares by Marwin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3500118F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mattec. |
