COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek 9-391504-63 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 5K284WN2561 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90A0ZD2C110A1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 935MDSND by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand 5S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gast such as 8AMNRV43 equipment made by Gast have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gast products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gast" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7ED08127RSM3A1 made by Nissei as well as the popular 6K702BA original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5PY59JY3 by Ge and 8AMNRV43 spares by Gast are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60668913 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
