COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek 9-390459-60 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krones parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumuller such as the 92206321 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7391583605 manufactured by Krones and we are pleased to be able to service most Krones systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SE70321HB872DA1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Peerless Brand 845HSJHZ24CNY1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 5KE182BC205B equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5K046F made by Dayton as well as the popular 7AA80M04 original spares produced by Lonne Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80S4 by Emod and 5KE182BC205B spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6K578B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
