COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek 6-965988-40 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delco such as the 5G3004C2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5RK60GUAMF2 manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 636455401 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weiss Brand 54AZKA100L4T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Om such as 5RK40GNAM115 equipment made by Om have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Om products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Om" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 52420321 made by Simpleservo-With-Gam-Epl-Gearhead as well as the popular 4106220890 original spares produced by Nachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 50450277 by Baldor and 5RK40GNAM115 spares by Om are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 444511000K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikki-Denso. |
