COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek 6-348054-03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the 400A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5BCD56BD153A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 56T17D5345A by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-Craft Brand 606301802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Burkert such as 454785U equipment made by Burkert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Burkert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Burkert" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 405TSDP made by Us-Electric as well as the popular 5PY59JY27 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5927211WA by Brook and 454785U spares by Burkert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3KY74A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
