COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnetek 1980-103-R-DP-TD2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Current products, including obsoleted and phased-out Paper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moore product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Current such as the DDA420MADH1L124DCADEU1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NHC manufactured by Paper and we are pleased to be able to service most Paper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCA420MASH1117ACAD by Manufacturer Moore as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Measurex Brand 8417201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as IPGG4B7V1 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OS32CBP4M made by Omron as well as the popular KS250 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F3SNA0607P25L by Omron and IPGG4B7V1 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC712 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
