COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnescale DK812SBFLR01-1FT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Man-Bw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mersen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maxcess product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Man-Bw such as the 0150B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A051B2DAR038 manufactured by Mersen and we are pleased to be able to service most Mersen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CL15 by Manufacturer Maxcess as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetrol Brand XB40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetrol such as B402F30SLB equipment made by Magnetrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC5514 made by Mc as well as the popular 5EK0054 original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC201B by Mazak and B402F30SLB spares by Magnetrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 81696DE2CI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs. |
