COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnescale DK812BFLR5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Maxcess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mbb-Gelma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Meco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxcess such as the CL15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPCM1 manufactured by Mbb-Gelma and we are pleased to be able to service most Mbb-Gelma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPCBAGINT by Manufacturer Meco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mersen Brand A051B2DAR038 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magswitch such as 8140678 equipment made by Magswitch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magswitch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magswitch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DK812BFLR5 made by Magnescale as well as the popular 645225 original spares produced by Max-Motosports Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MM3308A05 by Membrain and 8140678 spares by Magswitch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GPD505VB034 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek. |
