COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnemotion 700-0256-05 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Maxtek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Meto-Fer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxtek such as the MDC330 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8100205D01 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZD20 by Manufacturer Meto-Fer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Matrox Brand MRV2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mersen such as A051B2DAR024 equipment made by Mersen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mersen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mersen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available J8169008638 made by Marposs as well as the popular FS63 original spares produced by Mcdonnell--Miller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 700064401 by Magnemotion and A051B2DAR024 spares by Mersen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GPD506VB004 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek. |
