COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magne-sonics 830SD50000E100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marathon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mazak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marathon such as the F100043 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51400712100 manufactured by Measurex and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D65UB004242 by Manufacturer Mazak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand JF1G040N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as CIMRG5M7P5 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3408617841 made by Marposs as well as the popular 145THTN8043 original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 184THTL7776 by Marathon and CIMRG5M7P5 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 87455318 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marsilli. |
