COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnatrol C10-1G3A-QKB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnon-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mattec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the CIMRAU4A0103AAA154 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4136308 manufactured by Magnon-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnon-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3500118F by Manufacturer Mattec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Medar Brand 970009V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Megatorque such as MY equipment made by Megatorque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Megatorque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Megatorque" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8035385 made by Maple as well as the popular GSM300605XXXBR2358RBP5XH17190 original spares produced by Menge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GPD503DS304 by Magnetek and MY spares by Megatorque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 212359 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Megger. |
