COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnatek 53ST0301-2120 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mori-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mori-Seiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Morris product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mori-Seiki such as the PCB5286B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCB5285B manufactured by Mori-Seiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Mori-Seiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40TD003G05 by Manufacturer Morris as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand TSXCompactASHDTA201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mistubishi such as FRF820001053N6 equipment made by Mistubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mistubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mistubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KP1420 made by Motortronics as well as the popular BN634A617G52 original spares produced by Mistubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 56N2CSBM by Mistubishi and FRF820001053N6 spares by Mistubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 53ST03012120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnatek. |
