COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magnaloy Coupling Model 700 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Martin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Merit product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 25FFC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 27T10976846271J771 manufactured by Marley and we are pleased to be able to service most Marley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P3170 by Manufacturer Merit as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martin Brand 80BTB272517 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mercoid-/-Dwyer such as PG2P2 equipment made by Mercoid-/-Dwyer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid-/-Dwyer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid-/-Dwyer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KBA made by Mannesmann as well as the popular ML095SS14 original spares produced by Martin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2080A22 by Martin and PG2P2 spares by Mercoid-/-Dwyer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M85484 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Master-Power. |
