COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magentrol A15-2H2A-EKQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the ERM0915MD601A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 52300110 manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R100S138NDCAEZZZZ by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Matsushita Brand ANL1451A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magpower such as DFP equipment made by Magpower have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magpower products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magpower" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GHS0360URB12V1 made by Mts as well as the popular STM82ANFL original spares produced by Mazak Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MX001 by Metrologic and DFP spares by Magpower are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0828303410 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetrol. |
