COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Macron Dynamics 6677A01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meggitt-Safety-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mercoid product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetrol such as the A151H2AAKQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 110C1136 manufactured by Meggitt-Safety-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Meggitt-Safety-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PBLT2540 by Manufacturer Mercoid as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marposs Brand 6830257805 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Makino such as EXMTC005 equipment made by Makino have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Makino products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Makino" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RPS0G0030E10W20 made by Marsh as well as the popular 2324101 original spares produced by Melltronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRT24024 by Mean-Well and EXMTC005 spares by Makino are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAPP2200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mapp2200-Smart-Vision-Inspection. |
