COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lw Scientific ICL-020L-D72 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Matrox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maniobra-e parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matrix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Matrox such as the XCL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AE5911095 manufactured by Maniobra-e and we are pleased to be able to service most Maniobra-e systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1EB4014 by Manufacturer Matrix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Macron-Dynamics Brand MSASB2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as ETP613261 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 61776 made by Mars as well as the popular GSM300605XXXBR2358RBP5XH17190 original spares produced by Menge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TP7062TX by Mcgstpc and ETP613261 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20731 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mars. |
