COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lundahl DCU-1102 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mcd-Motion-Control-Devices products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mecos-Traxler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mdc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcd-Motion-Control-Devices such as the MD25SBO1005LDFAS10S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG1042300N manufactured by Mecos-Traxler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mecos-Traxler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDC360 by Manufacturer Mdc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Masterflex Brand 755371 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Maple such as 8035385 equipment made by Maple have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Maple products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Maple" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HD1200X6FBMLP made by Mead as well as the popular DK25PR5 original spares produced by Magnescale

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FC56WG16A13 by Master and 8035385 spares by Maple are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 145THTN8029 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon.
