COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lumonics E85C3181D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matsushita parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 97042275A01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NAISGK20 manufactured by Matsushita and we are pleased to be able to service most Matsushita systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6FX11911AB00 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick-Panel Brand QPICTAE0000QPICTAE0000A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as UG03IS equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P11015DRorP11014DR made by Parker as well as the popular A02B0321B530 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCDModule by Omron and UG03IS spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPPC9150GR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech. |
