COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lumberg ASBS 6/LED 5-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motion-Control-Devices products, including obsoleted and phased-out Movomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Epsilon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motion-Control-Devices such as the 80SUM10012SEBS5BSA7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1070802 manufactured by Movomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Movomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature optoNCDT2200 by Manufacturer Micro-Epsilon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Masterflux Brand SIERRA170434Y3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moore such as TCAJ25MVSH2117AC equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 24PC250G made by Micro-Switch as well as the popular 6200053 original spares produced by Monarch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ST691715100 by Metrix and TCAJ25MVSH2117AC spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ICS25DDQP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microsonic. |
