COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lumasense 00-14242-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Makino products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magne-sonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marlin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Makino such as the 824124011006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 830SD50000E100 manufactured by Magne-sonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Magne-sonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F080B by Manufacturer Marlin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnemotion Brand 700064401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mazak such as ML104QT1216S equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mazak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mazak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 81696DE2CI made by Marposs as well as the popular ME3509 original spares produced by Markem-Imaje Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC201B by Mazak and ML104QT1216S spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMA90423 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maxitoro. |
