COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lubriquip 527-004-110 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lw-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Makishinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matrix-Vision product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lw-Scientific such as the ICL010LD031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFAP05BT manufactured by Makishinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Makishinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature mvBlueFOX32124G1112 by Manufacturer Matrix-Vision as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetrol Brand B151H3CAEF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Martens-Elektronik such as DP964810254 equipment made by Martens-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martens-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martens-Elektronik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GAUGE made by Marposs as well as the popular CIMRG3U55P5 original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MX3000 by Matryx and DP964810254 spares by Martens-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3019940230 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs. |
