COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Longford 7024-27113-80129 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnatrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Loveshaw-Itw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 466063721430A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T20 manufactured by Magnatrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnatrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPM200AC by Manufacturer Loveshaw-Itw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Matrox Brand 75200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lsk-Bearings such as G70ET2RS equipment made by Lsk-Bearings have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lsk-Bearings products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lsk-Bearings" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ANR12821 made by Matsushita as well as the popular 9807128 original spares produced by Man-Bw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 92064 by Louis-Allis and G70ET2RS spares by Lsk-Bearings are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MGF20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Makino. |
