COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lithonia CM PDT 10 WR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Loadstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marconi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mahr product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Loadstar such as the RAS1500SSC03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6910 manufactured by Marconi and we are pleased to be able to service most Marconi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EAS2104W3 by Manufacturer Mahr as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Macro-Sensors Brand SQ10000223 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microscan such as FIS08600003 equipment made by Microscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microscan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 527006150 made by Lubriquip as well as the popular M4030CT original spares produced by Merlin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 75202 by Mountz and FIS08600003 spares by Microscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLS12R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Switch. |
