COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lithonia CM PDT 10 WR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mks products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mettler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mks such as the 872B13TMD2GT1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS520 manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5230029 by Manufacturer Mettler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand 1500D3AABAEZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motorola such as LS2208SR20001RNA equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorola" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2000SS200C made by Microe-Systems as well as the popular F100S128SVBAEZZZZ original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 410000254 by Mettler and LS2208SR20001RNA spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 410000108 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ljl-Biosystems. |
