COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Liquid Controls P0D2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mancome products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loctite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mettler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mancome such as the LSD1743A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Z6200100 manufactured by Loctite and we are pleased to be able to service most Loctite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 52001997 by Manufacturer Mettler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Minster Brand 1518224 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microscan such as MS3FIS00030003 equipment made by Microscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microscan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ZWS15CDQS made by Microsonic as well as the popular 1500D3AABAEZZZ original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCRT48004VS14NNNLG by Mcrt and MS3FIS00030003 spares by Microscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10089163 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Msa. |
