COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Linkbelt PE-BB2247H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Macron-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magmotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Macron-Dynamics such as the MSA135A000013889 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C21F124T3 manufactured by Magmotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Magmotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APMSA01ACN8G2PE050 by Manufacturer Ls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marposs Brand 83028C0043 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ls such as MC225AAC2425V equipment made by Ls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 46S016610031 made by Louis-Allis as well as the popular 637012801 original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18662071 by Lust and MC225AAC2425V spares by Ls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 830MPAAC00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs. |
