COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Linkbelt 3-CDB1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lightnin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hytrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lightnin such as the 780Q spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80SS2 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4AC201RH by Manufacturer Hytrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 5202452015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sargent such as 4820010576931 equipment made by Sargent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sargent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sargent" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 80SF48 made by Martin as well as the popular 4282AZG100 original spares produced by Nord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5MST by Winsmith and 4820010576931 spares by Sargent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 63LB28100T020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gtr. |
