COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link-belt UG347L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ingersoll-Rand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triconex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ingersoll-Rand such as the 39203427 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3005 manufactured by Triconex and we are pleased to be able to service most Triconex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZEP2207 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kelk Brand 61520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 118D1579G1 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 58119687 made by Accuray as well as the popular 1414106 original spares produced by Modular-Industrial Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 810032 by Industrial-Devices and 118D1579G1 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WDF92430B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
